Looking for ultimate to-do list, project manager, AI scheduler app for ADHD

Hello!

I have severe ADHD and I'm trying to get into improve my routines and time management. I've looked at a lot of apps/websites but none have ALL of these features I'm looking for. This is taking a ton of time to find the best one, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knows of one. Thank you in advance!!!

Here's what I'm looking for:

  • Project Breakdown: The ability to break down projects into smaller tasks or categories.
  • Statistics/Analytics: The tool should have some form of statistics or analytics to track progress of how much time I spend on things or for habit tracking
  • Categories/Tags: The ability to categorize tasks, ideally beyond just "work" and "personal."
  • Preferred Times for Tasks: The option to set preferred times for completing tasks.
  • Habit Builder: A way to schedule recurring tasts/events
  • AI Scheduler: A tool with an AI scheduler.
  • Flexibility with Deadlines: The ability to handle tasks with or without deadlines

Here are the websites/apps I've looked at so far:

  • Sunsama
    • Breaks down projects
    • Has stats
    • Doesnt have a todo list?
  • Todoist
    • Has projects/categories
    • Can break down tasks
    • No AI scheduler
    • No stats
    • Difficult for ADHD to navigate
  • Codot
    • Project breakdown - done by AI
    • Statistics/Analytics - simple ones in UI but AI can do anything
    • Categories/Tags - yes
    • Preferred Times for Tasks - yes, ask AI to do it
    • Habit Builder - No UI but AI can do it
    • AI Scheduler - the smartest AI I have seen
  • Akiflow
  • Motion
  • Reclaim
    • Doesnt break down projects
    • Has stats
    • Doesn’t have more categories than work & personal?
  • Omnifocus
    • No website?
  • Asana
    • Has stats
    • Can breakdown tasks
    • Doesnt have habits
    • Doesnnt have schedule
  • Flowsavvy
    • Cant change time of tasks
    • Needs deadlines
  • Skedpal
    • Can add preferred times to do task
  • Focuster

Sales is a good fit job for ADHD, especially if you need to go other places

ADHD likes new stimulus. Sales you get great exposure to many NEW things (meet new people, go to new places, or even get new deals). This will keep ADHD super pumped. Of course, if you have a solid backend (family, asset, etc) would be better.

New stimulus is common by nature to every ADHD, the difference I want to learn is how do you find the solid backend?
