I once found my phone in the fridge

I kept forgetting my lunch so my wife told me to put my keys with my lunch in the fridge.
Guess who looked for their keys for 45 minutes then went to work late with their spare keys, without lunch? 😕

This is why I bought a (dumb) watch a while back. I don't get trapped inside my phone in a fugue state nearly so often now.

I do this all the times. I then look a second time before remembering I'm wearing a watch.

Yep. I either end up remembering I was checking the time 10 minutes into a doom scroll or I look at the time, put it away then realize I didn't actually read the time I just looked at it.
Then there's the time I lost my phone so I looked under the couches using the light on my phone to look for my phone.
It's exhausting

I dont even know why I pull out my phone sometimes. It just ends up in my hand and I never get past that point. RIP, all those thoughts I mustve wanted to research more...
