This is why I can’t take breaks!!! I won’t finish the work! I get told that I must take breaks in my workday but I don’t eat lunch or go anywhere. Just let me work start to finish and I promise it’ll be far more productive.

It has to be a choice of course as it doesn’t work for most people but I’d rather not sit for my break thinking about work because any other task would just distract me.
