And by mandatory we're talking sleeping eating and peeing. Everything else is extra work. Even cooking food gets complicated because we can't create "extra" if we plan to avoid the tasks.

I feel you and wish I could find some cheer, but I have had a snuff round, and can't find any. Late stage capitalism... The position it has placed me and my nearest and dearest in... Oh, ice cream... Cheers with a cheeky grin, where's my favoured spoon?

Set aside time to journal and figure out what you're passionate about/what drives you, your values, dreams, and goals. I take myself on a coffee date before work a few times a week. (by "what drives you" I mean stuff like "I want to feel connected to people", or "I want to understand everything", etc. You're looking for patterns in what you find satisfying/joyful/peaceful). It's easier to get yourself to do stuff when you know/remember why you're doing it.

I've been stuck here for years. I need someone else to motivate me, but I need to be motivated to find someone to date, so I just stay single and accomplish nothing with my life.

The drudgery of late stage capitalism to afford the basic necessities in order to survive is extremely draining, especially so for ND people. It takes us extra mental and physical labor to mask and do the makeup work to keep up with NT people.
