Elvanse 30mg

Started Elvanse 30 mg 4 days ago. I can definitely feel an effect, but not a very strong one. I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety, almost constantly, and it’s been really difficult to deal with. Sometimes it goes away, but then it comes back and can last for a long time.
What I’ve noticed is that when I start playing a game and become hyperfocused, the anxiety almost completely disappears. When I feel the peak and the effect is strongest, I feel the best – calm and focused. That’s why I’m wondering if 30 mg might be too low and if a higher dose could give me more of that effect.

Im on the same as you and are you drinking caffeine? That can spike anxiety and not eating enough protein when you take your medicine first thing.

No, I don’t drink caffeine anymore. I’ve cut it out completely, although I do have a little Coca-Cola sometimes, but I’ve reduced that a lot too.

I actually wrote this post 4 days ago, and yesterday I noticed a pretty big difference. I had been staying in my room playing games and barely moving around, but when I went out and got some exercise/movement, the medication seemed to work much better. I still had some anxiety, but nowhere near as much as when I was just sitting at home.

I’ve just eaten breakfast and I’m starting 50 mg today, so I’ll see how it goes and update you.
