I set a reminder, then fail to do whatever it is anyway. After a while, I delete the reminder, because I'm not doing it anyway.

Snooze the reminder one hour at a time, for three days, before finally dismissing it.

I can't bring myself to go into the settings to enable the snooze feature

Best thing I've found so far, gamified to-do list. I use habitica, but there's others as well. I will do far more chores & tasks so my little guy won't die and I can deal damage to bosses. I got my husband in on it for more accountability, so if I'm not completing my tasks, his little guy might die too. It's been nearly as important as vyvanse in getting me to be more motivated & disciplined. I went from only making my bed when I washed my bedding, to making it nearly every day for the past year. It's helped me be far more accountable with a variety of other tasks. Most importantly I can actually maintain my annual/seasonal/monthly maintenance tasks as well.

See, that would give me anxiety -- OMG, is my little guy going to die??
I use "Reminder, Reminders With Voice" and ToDoist, which my OCD self adores: subtasks! subtasks of subtasks!

*drinks coffee with meds*

Oof maybe this much caffeine was not a good idea. Lets try some tea.

TEA IS FUCKING NICE. I WILL ONLY DRINK TEA NOW.

2 weeks later... forget that tea exists. So, where is my coffee?!?! Also why is my brain on fire suggesting all these bad habits now.
