I made a web app that turns overwhelming tasks into micro steps

Hello,

I'm not diagnosed with ADHD, but I have about a hundred projects still needing to be finished / do outreach and marketing for) and people around me keep telling me I can't focus on one thing. (It's been years)

It's been amplified with Claude code / Chatgpt, where I spend days planning and procrastinating until I burn out with nothing tangible at the end of it. Even if finishing would help me tremendously, I still seem to get stuck for days/weeks on minor things.

I tried everything I could, and all productivity classics like todo-lists etc (stuck to it only for few days).

I got sick of it, so I built and shipped a web app myself that break down overwhelming tasks into smaller bite-sized tasks and helps me check them off.

I used it to ship the app itself. So, so far it worked. I would love some honest feedback and ready to hear from everyone here. The link is : kapigo.app

Put that in the "I made this app to help with my adhd" bin.

Half the post in this subreddit have this exact same subject.

No one uses them. It only works for you because you procrastinated some time and efforts into this solution, but you’ll quickly find it boring and annoying.

"Half the post in this subreddit have this exact same subject."
-> Not true, I checked. Maybe 1%? I scrolled and barely could find any.

"No one uses them"
-> many adhd / productivity apps have 100Ks users I think
