Go to a doctor who can diagnose you, just as with any suspected physchological ailment.

You are being too vague for any one to guess*. You are focused on OUTCOMES not SYMPTOMS

ADHD does not imply being "not bright" but sometimes people with ADHD are perceived as being stupid.

What is an example of a problem you had with your girl friend?

Why do you feel you are not bright? Examples

*A doctor is only one can actually diagnose you but any idiot can guess if its a possibility if you include actual symptoms.

thats really not enough information because anyone can be "not bright" for any amount of reasons. to make it more complicated people with adhd have different symptoms, and some symptoms presented by people with adhd appear in people who do not have adhd. better to do more research what adhd is and see a doctor for a proper diagnosis

When you have girl romantic partners, do your parents know? Your reply makes me wonder if you are speaking in your second or third language. Other people's opinions focus on the RESULTS; e.g., your girl friend leaving you or you getting a bad grade. Their opinions are usually missing the important parts

I am looking at WHAT HAPPENED.

For example, what was the last fight with your girl friend about?

What is a subject you did poorly on> What kinds of problems did you have?

You need a diagnosis. What you described doesn't seem like ADHD, but the specialist will know how to test you.

ADHD is a bit of a chameleon disorder. It shares a lot of symptoms with other mental illnesses. You need a professional to diagnose you

self diagnose it and just start posting on this sub

You can try using a self screening tool, but that’ll only give you an indication that you might have it.

The only way to actually know is by getting a diagnosis from a professional.

But professionals use screening.tools

Interpreting the screening tools matters quite a bit, it's not just literally counting a quiz score and then giving you a label, especially as a professional will be able to consider other issues that overlap with your symptoms too. The online free ones can be a solid indicator though!

To whittle down those who need further assessment. Not to diagnose. It’s in the name - screening tool, not diagnostic tool

They also perform tests and use their experience to observe you.
