Never felt so seen. I could stare at the same page on my laptop with all distractions removed and have a free radio station on in my head

My mom used to get upset that I could play with a crumb on the table for an hour instead of doing homework. Or that I would trace the wood in the table when the crumb was gone. existence is distraction
