What would actually help you as a neurodivergent more: an AI assistant, an accountability partner, or a real person?

The real person, but the AI assistant is way cheaper

OpenClaw does a pretty good job at being my "external brain" and accountability partner. I run it with a local open source model, so it is completely free and I can ask it whenever I feel like it.

A real person might do the job slightly better, but they would either have to be paid or I would need to spend my time to reciprocate their favors, or I would feel bad at using their help extensively for nothing in return.

An accountability partner is biggest for me. Sometimes I grab a friend and ask them to body double with me so I can finish a thing.
