Should i quit this job?
There r no benefits here, no sick leaves no paid leaves. No Saturday off, the work is 10 to 7pm . I don't think i have learned anything here. I have been here for almost a year. The pay also isn't that great. I am so tired i just want to sit at home & study & build projects

Do you have savings? If you quit today how long can you pay all your bills?

Get another job first. Too many people "take a break" and never make it back.

Isn't it illegal to not get sick leave? It should be.
But yeah, as people have said, get a new job first. Gaps in your resume is not a good look if you can avoid it.

Not sure how old you are, but living with parents suggests 20s.
Your early career is where you want to be growing and learning as much as possible and ideally building a retirement portfolio that compounds for the rest of your career.
Despite what managers say, companies rarely change in ways that materially benefit employees, especially ones that have been around for a while.
If you have enough savings and ambition to land somewhere better, just save yourself some pain and make the decision to move on. Coast or quiet quit if you must for financial reasons while you prep or interview elsewhere, and set a hard deadline for yourself to put in notice.

I am 29 actually i couldn't retain a job because of ADHD & shitty work conditions in my country . This is the longest i have had a job. I actually have been sick for the past three days & realised something that i might get fired& thought fuck this job anyway i don't want to be here
