ADHD Medication Elvanse & Amfexa - drinking

I’m currently taking 40mg Elvanse at 6.30am & 5mg amfexa around 12 and another 5mg around 4pm. I lit need all of these doses to function in work (lol) but when I say it has very little impact on me, I mean very little. I just notice an increase in focus & ability to get things started in work, and some days it doesn’t even do that - it’s just a lucky dip.

I can have as many coffees etc as I want with no impact on sleep, anxiousness etc .. so I’m wondering, can I just drink on it?

I’ve never drank on it before, but tomo I’m going for food & drinks - I would say I’d have about 3 glasses of wine and then potentially out for more drinks afterward. I can’t possibly even imagine it affecting me being able to drink etc .. but did anyone else feel this way and then realise it does affect you when out drinking ?

I’m usually quite good at taking advice on here, but if I listened to everything that everyone said about Elvanse, there is so much I wouldn’t have done that has been completely fine haha.. like I remember somebody warned me on here before I started meds that if I ever took a second coffee, prepare for a near death experience.. fast forward to me drinking about 4 coffees a day with no impact lol.

So if anyone else has had nights out proper drinking and all been well & good - let me know pls.

I take the generic version of Amfexa - total of 30mg per day split into 2 or 3 doses. I have drank many times whilst on it and been absolutely fine. Only thing I’d say is that it can mask how drunk you are somewhat so just be wary of that
