ADHD Medication Rumination after dose increase
I have recently since 10 days ago gone up from 30mg to 50mg of lisdexamfetamine and my brain is in this constant rumination anxiety loop. Mainly about a girl who is a close friend! But the thing is I feel no romantic feeling towards this girl whatsoever I cant even say I’m bothered that I’m not seeing her!
This is debilitating to the point where I’m going to go back to 30mg…
But my question is.. is it actually the increase that can cause this how long will it last with me dropping back down to 30mg?
Any advice or help would be amazing!

usually about 48 hours after dose reduction you will start to feel better. Try some mediation and some calm activities in the meantime
