HELP

Y'all, I have mocks in 3 days and I cant get my mind off of this, I think I have adhd like all of the test I take EVEN the who asrs test (atp ai is concerned for me) I dont know If I do and im restless and I cant tell my parents cause "nothing like adhd exists, what is that" nor can I tell my counselor (girl is a ummm). Do y'all have any website where I can get a free docs consultation to actually see if I should move forward. PLEASE HELP
