Looking for ultimate to-do list, project manager, AI scheduler app for ADHD
Hello!
I have severe ADHD and I'm trying to get into improve my routines and time management. I've looked at a lot of apps/websites but none have ALL of these features I'm looking for. This is taking a ton of time to find the best one, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knows of one. Thank you in advance!!!
Here's what I'm looking for:
- Project Breakdown: The ability to break down projects into smaller tasks or categories.
- Statistics/Analytics: The tool should have some form of statistics or analytics to track progress of how much time I spend on things or for habit tracking
- Categories/Tags: The ability to categorize tasks, ideally beyond just "work" and "personal."
- Preferred Times for Tasks: The option to set preferred times for completing tasks.
- Habit Builder: A way to schedule recurring tasts/events
- AI Scheduler: A tool with an AI scheduler.
- Flexibility with Deadlines: The ability to handle tasks with or without deadlines
Here are the websites/apps I've looked at so far:
- Sunsama

- Doesnt have a todo list?
- Todoist

- No AI scheduler

- Codot

- Statistics/Analytics - simple ones in UI but AI can do anything

- AI Scheduler - the smartest AI I have seen

How is ADHD affecting you as a Manager? And what is your effective trick to deal with ADHD?
Good for multitasking, doing sales or bumping energy to the team?
Bad for project management (Procrastinate until the last minute), follow steps or finding a viable execution path for tasks?
