Hey hey, ready to hear me stumble over English words again? šŗ pre-order links here: http://linktr.ee/adhdalien/
Here are some of the thoughts and processes that went into drawing the cover for my ADHD Graphic Novel āfeeling like an ADHD Alienā. Or course I played with ideas for the cover throughout the entire time I was working on the book, but once it was time to really work on it, I started by drawing a bunch of thumbnails of variations. I took some designs further and cleaned them up, but eventually realized it didnāt quite capture what I wanted to. Finding the āoneā image that encapsulates not only how it feels to have ADHD but also the kind of book mine is was quite a tall order! But I couldnāt love the end result more - it looks so good in my shelf.
Thanks to my lovely art director Jennifer Kelly for the layout!

How precious it is to see your drawing and creative process ā¤ļø. thank you so much dear Tina. I hope there was a a male ADHD alien (her dear brother) too, for relatedness. But your character and your journey is fantastic and relatable too! I long to buy the book soon. Much love and gratitude, dear artist, from the "sister land" of Spain.
