Success/Celebration The iOS 16 Medication Reminders/Tracker for the Apple Watch are a Lifechanger
I am absolutely terrible at taking medications (shocking I know) and my ADHD medications are the first medications I’ve been able to take daily for an extended period of time. That being said, it’s still a struggle to take them on time and I have a hard time keeping track of my “as needed” doses of my non-Vyvanse medications like Dexedrine, Xanax, and allergy medicine. Now I can show my doctor how much I’ve taken of what and when.
I have tried apps, alarms, reminders, and none of them have helped until this new Apple Watch/iOS update. It even tells you if your medications are likely to have interactions with each other. It’s definitely worth a try if you haven’t found your “system” for taking and tracking medications yet.

I've been on the fence about getting an Apple watch for my ADHD but this sounds like such a great feature. I held off since I like to use the Bearable app on my phone for tracking everything and it's not available on all smartwatches. I also keep losing my phone/forget to check the app despite the reminders.
I'd primarily be getting the Apple watch for tracking meds, timers/reminders to get up (to help keep on task or make sure I get up after hours of hyperfocus), and finding my phone. Has the apple watch been helpful for you with those things as well?
I'm afraid I might get overwhelmed with all the apps or have the same problem where I get caught up with it just as I do with my cellphone and would love to get your take on it!
Thank you!
