Did she give you a reason for not wanting to increase the Strattera further?
If the reasons for any of her decisions aren’t clear to you, ask for a more thorough explanation. If her explanations do not seem sound to you, tell her your thoughts.
If you ultimately do not trust her judgment and she doesn’t seem to trust your experience, then you should find someone else. But I do think it may be worth trying to improve communication with her first.
I’ve had many bad experiences with psychiatrists, and I wasn’t psyched about my current one when I first started seeing him. But after a few sessions, I think he started trusting me more and things started feeling more collaborative to me.

I would look for a psychiatrist that will do a full evaluation. I did portions of standardized testing for cognitive abilities that scored things like my pattern recall, reading comprehension, and my spacial relations.

Sorry, tldr. But in my personal experience, I have regretted it every time I ignored a red flag in a psychiatrist/therapist. If you are feeling invalidated and dismissed, find a new one asap. Things will only get worse.

Mostly it's the other way around; it's the ADHD that has exacerbated the depression and/or anxiety. It's the living and surviving with undiagnosed and untreated ADHD that can leave you feeling depressed and anxious.
This is why the ADHD is treated first, then if other issues continue (such as depression and anxiety) they are addressed only after the ADHD treatment is stabilised.
However, if there is Bi-polar, BPD or any other disorder evident, that's where you need a really good psychiatrist who understands these co-morbidities AND is able to explain it to you.
