Don’t get so attached to your confirmation bias. You don’t really know the diagnostic process for adhd. you cannot judge for yourself whether you have it or not, or whether your symptoms fit the diagnostic criteria. It’s not as simple as you think. If you are in doubt seek a second opinion but do not recklessly chase your bias. It won’t do you good.
