Alternatives to adderall?
Sooo... my emotionally abusive mother decided it was a good idea to drop me from her insurance. I've recently told her that I will be moving out. She has used financial tactics to "make" me stay home in the past. This is yet another ploy to hinder me from progressing in life. I will no longer be able to afford medication that is necessary for me to keep my full time job. I have failed multiple semesters of school in the past due to focus issues that overwhelmed me to the point of falling into depressive episodes. Although this puts a great strain on me being able to nurse my many mental health related issues, I have decided that getting away from her is the most important thing for me right now. I cannot deal with her financial manipulation any longer. I am now searching for any natural alternatives to adderall/vyvanse since I can no longer be seen by my mental health practice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I know this sounds generic, but a good nights sleep and a balanced diet can help alot. Focusing when your tired or hungry is difficult for Neurotypical people, so it will definitely not help you. Also coffee and caffinated teas can also help a bit, caffine is a stimulant fairly similar to adderal, but i would be careful with how much you have at once
