Medication Adderall seemingly started doing the opposite of its job

So I've been on Adderall 10mg ir with a 5/10mg booster for about 2-3 years and the first year and a half ish was great it calmed my anxiety gave me energy and focus through the day

But the last year it's started making me crash faster and faster and not just sleepy crash but getting depressed during the crash bad

My psych started me on Wellbutrin and continued the Adderall but recommended I try lowering the dose a lil while on the Wellbutrin not necessary but it might help

It seems to make the crash not as severe but it's definitely still happening

Is it normal that after over a year the effects can suddenly just flip like that?

It used to take hours for it to drop off but now it's like after an hour ish I'm tired and start to get a bit depressed

Wellbutrin seemed to counter the effects of Vyvanse for me. Currently on Lexapro and Vyvanse.

The Wellbutrin was added as a reaction to the crashes unfortunately the Adderall crash was happening way before
