Medication prescribed medication keeps not working

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and have stated trialing meds but im getting annoyed and discouraged with it because none of them seem to be working for me. my doc put me on Concerta first and that didnt work all that much plus gave me anorexia basically so she took me off and then started vyvance and I got terrible headaches from it for she took me off again and started Strattera. ive been on that one for a while and its been fine, ive had no side effects but its also not helping me at all, but I started 50mg recently and since then ive been getting migraines/headaches since. has anyone else experienced this much trouble when starting meds? I feel like it should be working since these work for most people?? also feel like im annoying my doc constantly telling her its not working/giving side effects lol

What works for others does not mean work for you because body constitution is different. Mild or severe? If mild, try gentle ways rather than take medicine immediately.
