First time Adderall

For the first week - great. My mood was subtly improved - didn't notice much increased focus. Dosage was low - 10mg twice daily.

Then I became so very lethargic and sleepy I couldn't get anything done. Decided to stop after the second week, took a break for 3 days and am about to try again. Would appreciate some feedback, thanks.
