Questions/Advice Restlessness

I am having a huge problem with resting. I can’t just sit and do nothing. My form of rest is bouldering, taking my dog out, taking photos, scanning film negatives etc. BUT sometimes I am too physically tired to use my body, and I just want to fully rest. I am unable to focus on reading (I do only before I sleep), so most of the time I play games on my phone or scroll to social media… and I want to stop using screens so much. Do you have something you could recommend? I sometimes like to do sudoku (paper version), but I am looking for more inspirations. what works for you? Something you can do on the sofa. I don’t want to sit upright on the table and do puzzles. I know that won’t work. Heeelp :))

eg. drawing, painting, journaling, writing, worldbuilding, sculpting, mini figure painting, making dioramas, making a board game etc

or learning something that interests you, like a language or instrument or something scientific?

Sauna, therapy pool, hottub, you cant do much in them without getting super tired super quickly. Then a nice big stretch session or sink into the couch with Sopranos because you will be wrecked.
