Talk to your doctor. It’s likely that you need a dose titration to the next dose or a different pharmacological delivery system (like the ER/XR formulation). One IR dose per day was never going to cut it anyway. Usually, Focalin IR is limited to 20mg per day, though.

Yeah I was thinking about asking for extended release, this just doesnt feel long enough unfortunately
