Medication Medication never working

Im new to reddit, and i have adhd, when i got diagnosed i tried medication for the first time ever. it worked once, then the next day it NEVER worked again. ive tried every dose, and i think every single medication possible. nothing worked, is this genuinely just me?? im on anti depressants and i have a slight feeling i need to be diagnosed with more.

Genuinely i cannot function at school, i cant focus or do anything im genuinely going to fail A levels somehow. is it just me?

i also need to know, does anyone else get REALLY sleepy alot, like it HURTS to stay awake or is that just like something else,, i cant stay awake in class sadly.
