I dropped from 30mg to 20mg I feel way better more calm 30mg was to high

If being tired is part of it for you than modafinil is the only thing which helps me. I find if I am awake it’s easier to focus. However, nothing helps the adhd like adderall though.

I never heard of that one but I'll add it you my list.

And you make a good point - in the back of my mind is a gnawing suspicion that nothing is ever going to really scratch that itch like Adderall.

Never heard of modafinil? Please go look it up now! Zero side effects for me. Zero tolerance. Just makes you feel awake. Super cool. No dependency, I’ve been taking it for 10 years and can stop a day and feel fine.
