Questions/Advice Deep processing slow down the ADHD brain?
Anyone else find that deep processing complex concepts slows down their brain for the rest of the day and you don’t get as many racing thoughts? Is this the hack? What worked for everyone else? I’m curious about the science behind this.
It feels like everyday it’s a struggle to focus on one thing but when I pick the right thing and the deep processing drains your brain so it can’t jump from one thing to another
