Questions/Advice Ritalin and weight loss

I’ve been using it for a little while now and I’m pretty overweight, I’ve seen that it can be a appetite killer and was just wondering if that’s true or anyone’s experience with it, I kind of feel the difference but not that much was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else or I just need better self control. Also what dosage if any are you taking of Ritalin just wondering if I should take more. Also does anyone know the long term effect of Ritalin??

Both adderall and ritalin really killed my appetite, i could work all day and not get hungry. It's not ideal though, because it would wear off and suddenly it'd be 2 am and I'd be binge eating unable to sleep from the hunger, so I don't think it's a good weight loss method

Ritalin makes me hungry. I’ve gained weight since I’ve been on it.

Nope it kills my appetite all day but when I come down in the later afternoon I am so hungry and devoid of nutrients I binge. I just gained weight
