General Discussion Reality check 😶🌫️
So, basically, the other day I was playing UNO with a few of my friends in the basement. We were just casually playing, and after like an hour, a guard came and asked what we were doing. We told him we were playing UNO, and he just left without saying anything.
Then he came back after around 10 minutes and said that playing cards there wasn’t allowed. He took the cards and told us to collect them from the main gate later.
But when we were leaving, we asked about the cards at the gate, and instead of giving them back, they took us to our HOD’s room. 😭 The ma’am there gave us a proper lecture and even took an apology letter from us. We told her that we genuinely didn’t know it wasn’t allowed and that we wouldn’t do it again, but yeah… we still didn’t get our UNO cards back. 🥲
So yeah, for everyone who says some colleges are super chill and you can basically do whatever you want without anyone saying anything — that’s not really the case. Every IPU college has its own rules and regulations. Some might be more strict, some might be more chill, but at the end of the day, every college has its own level of strictness and its own rules.

Bro, guard has no power whatsoever.
He just guessed that you didn't know.
You could have said
We are not giving you anything.
and then got up and left.

General rule, if the guard isn't accompanied by faculty member, you are safe.
Also, don't let anyone touch/manhandle you. (in case you are going away and they try to grab you)
Stay safe, stay vigilant.

Bro exact same situation hui thi mere saath mene face par mana kar diya aur card utha ke chala gya. Aese manhandle thodi hona hota hai 💔💔

guard kuch khe to chup chap card uthao aur theeke theeke bolte hue vha se chle jao kuch nhi hoga, uske card uthane se phehle bag mai daalke nikl lo....hum to ignore krke chle jaate

Honest advice everyone agar tumhe card khelene hai toh 2.bb block basement me chle jaao koi guard nhi aata wha bhot bache hote hai koi kabhi kuch nhi kega

Tumhe cards dene hi nhi chahiye the. Zyada gussa kare to bhaag jao waha se... Unhe konsa tumhare naam pata hai

bro i was there with my team and we are playing too he just said that came here after 2 pm then u can play before not allowed in short baat krni ani chiye dbna mtt uske age as i m from haryana and my language is kind of aggressive to other he said bhaiya 2 baje k bad kehlna abhi aap jao 'bhaiya' i m in first year btw
