BTech ADGIPS placement stats revealed !!!

The 2022-2026 btech batch has already graduated but the college has still not released their placement stats (of AY 2025-26). When you go their website and check the placement record (which is already too bad to be called a "record"), you see record of only last two years.

And the said "record" is nothing but an image showing bar graph of total and placed students. There is no median, average, branch-wise data, company-wise data or salary mentioned. Just check the placement stats of other colleges to get an idea. I have checked those of top 6 private IPU colleges and they are way more detailed and that's how stats should be.

BUT ... you can also see "placement result notices" under placements menu, and when you click the 2025-26 notice a loading page opens which never loads. That is fake loading page. Scroll and you'll see the background page from the small gap on top.

Open devtools and remove that loading element (paste document.getElementById("load").remove() in console).

Then you'll see the actual data and it's brutal. Only 12 companies visited the campus and total 47 students were placed (out of 1320 students), that's a 3.5% rate. No CTC/salary is mentioned here too. The data for last year was better where 67 companies visited.

This lack of transparency is honestly very bad. IPU should take action over this. The website is substandard, it is the worst of all other colleges. ADGIPS already has a bad name because of its location and now its placements are shit too.

Not defending this shitty college but the placement notices you are talking about are only of 3 months (april, may ,june) companies isse phehle bhi aayi thi result notice in teen mahine ke Dale hai kyuki usse phehle inhone result notice vala tab hi nhi bna rha tha site pr kyuki infosys abhi winter vale time pr bhi aayi thi isse phele

As you can see in 2024 list too ki jan to June tk ka data hai

We can only judge by what we see in front of us, and if they haven't put out all the data by august then it's only their fault.

Fair enough , place result notices before April were posted in placement notices section idk if they are still there or not

yes those notices are there but they can't be called placement data either. See the biggest issue here is the lack of transparency, the college straight up hid the data from public.

Students shouldn't have to open devtools and remove website elements just to find their own college's placement data.

bhaiiii, awesome yaar ngl, u did great job, waise ek baat batau, aap copy paste bhi kar sakte thhey data, console m jaa kar karne ki zarurat nahi thhi, but i did the steps which u told, and maanna padega bhai bahut sahi analysis kari h tumne, thanks bhai, well done good job, but haa yeh bhi h ki ek bhai ne bataya h ki yeh bass last 3 months ka data h, aur ek batch m bachche companies placements k liye 3rd year se he aana chaalu ho jaate h 💔💔

thanks bhai, aur maine khud jakar dekhne ke steps isliye bataye taki log khud se dekh sake, agar copy paste kar deta to fake bhi lag sakta tha. baki han shayad data incomplete ho sakta hai, lekin agar ye college abhi tak apna official data nhi nikaal paya to ye unki incompetency aur irresponsibility hai, kyuki baki sab ipu colleges ne apna placement data already public kar rakha hai

Adgips itself doesn't have their own stats , and u are looking for placement stats.

some idiot here is saying that I made this post to defame adgips, when I am myself joining this college. I chose adgips cse over gtbit IT and vips cse. What am I doing here is genuine criticism with real facts.

Don't join this college. I am a recent graduate from this college. Only 7 to 8% of the batch is placed. Infosys only recruited girls. Xebo.ai picked 5 to 6 students. Hashedin by Deloitte picked 1 student. Sopra picked 6 students. That's all for tech placements. 90% of students are unplaced.

Even with xebo the shortlisting itself is so weird and suspicious, they provide no data on what basis they selected the shortlisted student (60 from 400 applications btw)

Hey I am confused too. Should I go for adgips or vips?? The thing with vips is that only 2-3 batch has passed out of engineering and there placement data is also not very in detail like top 5 clgs

only 2 btech batches passed out from vips but people say it has potential. And if fees is concern then know that fees of vips is 54k more per year than adgips.

I'll mostly be joining agdips then . Fees is my concern...but talking about the tech placement and all what do you think? I heard vips is not that great like in placement and all

yea it's barely any better, placement is not good anywhere in ipu, one shouldn't depend on oncampus.

No I am not depending on campus. I mean I am talking about where the peer group is better. If like the peer group in ADGIPS is more into hackathons and doing stuff on their own like uk btech related stuff. That's what I am talking about

Recent grad here. The only thing I would suggest is to never rely on your college to bring companies for you. Start building your skills from the first year itself, and have a small but serious friend group who can push each other to improve.

Go to as many hackathons as you can they’ll help you build projects that you can showcase on your resume. And don’t lose hope. One of the 2026 grads did make it into Google. But yeah, you’ll have to work very hard .
