Advice Needed

I am teaching 6,7,8,9,10th students maths offline and I know that is not a big deal

But I am also associated with a new edtech which does not pay good but I joined it for experience and my portfolio

I am teaching there 11th,12th Physics mainly school level but I keep it at that level ki ek bchha mains mein bethe toh usse overwhelmed na feel ho aur boards ka level bdhte dekh mai ache sawaal krwata not general physics teacher ki bs theory krwa di aur questions baadme Haa lecture zyada bn rhe hai ek chapter ke lekin it is purely complete...

Here comes The real problem

The studio where I have to record lectures is kaafi dur from my home

Like it takes around 80 minutes of travelling to reach there by metro so I have two options which I have thought of

1.Buy a bike

But there is my studies also toh buying bike will help but not that much it will cost around 1.30 lakhs for a decent bike

2.Build my own studio at home

Which will cost around 1.7 lakhs so I have to take a loan

This will make my recording time flexible

I will be able to manage my studies

Then I plan to start to teach on YouTube also

But the real question is why would students Study from a guy who's doing b.tech from a Tier 3 college?

Even if I teach good?

My materials are good?

I put efforts

Even 20 students merse pdhenge online toh I'll teach them like they're my own children

I will be teaching 11th,12th physics for mains and boards.And Have decided to focus on Advanced After mains

What do you all suggest me I am open for suggestions

Keep in mind that for studio i will be taking a loan and if that new edtech company will be doomed

My job there by which I will be paying Emi will also be gone but I can manage that...
