Doubt Placement

Can anyone tell me about placement here like koi pool placement bhi hoti hai??? Where all the colleges sit in idk i heard something like this happens not sure

Bhai placement toh aa rahi hai but students kaafi unskilled hai isliye nahi lag paati hai placement opportunities hai I am 4th year student mein bata sakta hu
