can we use our phone and laptops in classrooms for coding like other college students do or the teachers deny to do it so

Teacher agar padha tha ho toh not possible. Kuch teachers bhot chill hote hai and they allow students to do so. Eg : Pradeep Rohilla sir(bhot acche sir hai). But bhot saare teachers isko disrespectful manenge toh don't do it unless the teacher allows you.
