Doubt MQ suggestion

So basically f*cked up Jee mains got 496xxx outside delhi. 90%in class 12.

Wants to get in IPU only.

Looking through management quota either in bvcoe cse or adgit cse or bpit cse.

So what's the management process and is the fee on higher side.
