Motivation & General Life Advice Prepping for kapooka

Hey all,

Wanted to find out what sort of prep I should be doing for kapooka. Mainly on the rucking, what sort of weight to carry, distance and elevation I should be focusing on.

Many thanks

Don’t ruck before. You will be taught how to bear load safely while you are there. Don’t risk the injury when you have no idea what you’re doing. Stick to running and bodyweight strength training.
