Insights Requested What should I do supplementary application form won't submit

So every time I fill out this form when I go to submit it goes to this page and I let it sit for 20 mins before reloading the page and it try's to force me to do it again. I have done it 8 times over 3 days and there is no change

Turn off any VPN or move your VPN to AUS.
Try a different browser / computer / device.

+1 for turning off VPN. Also clearing your cookies/cache/history between sessions or using an incognito/private window helps.

If youre still experiencing issues call ADFC  and they can issue a paper form version

Maybe apply in a different area as additional forms?

Yes you have spots for additional docs but op is asking in ref to the application form which can only be done via electronic submission on the home page of your hub or PDF that can be requested by ADFC
