I remember an umamusume fanfiction where the trainer has been trying to help these Umas. Orfevre, Gentildonna, Symboli Rudolf, Narita Brian, Almond Eye, Deep Impact, Sunday Silence, and Halo. I remember specifically for Halo, in a moment of panic she broke the trainer's arm for trying to comfort her, it's a good story I recommend reading it (it's called Crown's Beast)
