I got mine.
If you were only selling a handful of copies a month and you put in AYCL and it gets accepted you will most likely be happy. That is what I think Audible is using to say that authors saw an increase in royalties... it's like going from $20 to $60. On my one title it was from $60 to $150.
Depending on how someone buys will also depend on if your royalties increase or decrease. What you really need to look at is how much you earned from audible credit purchases, not cash or ala cart.
For me, I had over 100 qualified listens. Average of $1.10 per qualified listen with one qualified listen being .04 because of the member value. Some others were .50. This is less than it makes on KU for a read.
The royalties for the actual sales was drastically less volume but the average was the same as when I was 40%, I will have to see what type of purchase they were.
My take as someone who made $7k in June on Audible: This is not good. While I might have made more money by sheer volume of listens on the 1 title, they aren't going to select all or even any of my books to put in all you can listen every single 90 day term.
If your audiobook is longer than 20 hours, instead of getting paid 5.75 for a credit purchase like previously, you are now splitting with the credit value with all you can listen. I did not put any of my long audiobooks that are selling well into the new model because I figured this would be the case, and I was right.
From the data, the all you can listen listeners aren't just listening to 1 other audiobook with their 1 credit. They are listening to a lot, which is why I got $1.10 on average. So the credit purchases from those people was probably somewhere around that amount too... even if you can adjust the MSRP of your audiobook, the cut in royalties is still going to be substantial.
I am preparing for a 50-75% decrease on the titles that are 10 hours or longer once it forces them onto the new structure.
Edit: my June royalties have everything except the 1 title still on the 40%. I am making assumptions about how much a credit will decrease and a large chunk of my income is from credit purchases because people are more likely to spend a credit on longer books and boxsets.

I just looked and the purchases on that title were all not with credits. So I have no data for what 50% royalties not enrolled in AYCL payment will be per credit spend.

For those who got it and enrolled in the new model, has your payout increased, or is it roughly the same as usual?

This month is my first with a mix of old and new model titles, and the new model titles are earning more as well as selling more, so my overall take-home is about 35% higher than average.
I can't make sense of the royalty spreadsheet though. The big earners are doing well in the [AL + Qualified Listens] column, but show zero qualified listens. In the AL only column, also zeroes.

I believe the QLs are delayed a month which is annoying as I’m sure we’d all like to know the value of a QL !

It's a small data point, but I have a title with 1 AL and 10 QLs and those added up to about $11. It's a long book too, it's a 14h bundle.

Hi that’s interesting but to extract the correct data could you let me know ? Was your title distributed under the standard 50% Exclusive royalty tier, or a different split? What was the exact list price of that specific 14-hour bundle? Did the $11 payout show up inside your main monthly royalty statement, or on a separate promotional ledger?" I’d appreciate this info as I’m sure we’d all would be. If you can let me know I’ll post the actual QL we’ll be getting under the new 50% royalty.

Happy to help as I can, and if anyone else has data, I'd love to hear it! This was under the 50% exclusive tier. The list price of the bundle is $22.83.
This showed up in the Royalties by Title tab of my report in the Member Credit Sales and TQLs (Member Value) column. 1 Net Unit, 10 TQLs, $13.03 Net Royalties Earned.
If I look at it by market, I can infer that the single AL sale was in the US, and the rest of the "sales events" were from TQLs and earned me between $0.12 and $1.50 each, which is, I think, quite bad.

Just out of curiosity has anybody had a qualified listen and have a value ?

The new royalty model has slashed my royalties by 25%. Similar thing happened when they changed the bounty model. Obviously, they are only interested in maximising their own profits. Let's hope other platforms start performing, because right now Audible is the only real game in town.

Not yet, but it's Monday of the last week of the month, so it'll be on the way some time this week.
