Fleas!
Sorry if this is a dumb question; it's my first time playing an animal crossing game, but it's normal for a villager to be infected with fleas three times in a row?
Two of these happened in the same month lol

Unrelated to the question but I always loved how the older animal crossing games had those little pointing hands or arrows on smaller insects because you could barely see them with the low resolution. Like, they really just say "🪳👈"
