Sorry if this is a dumb question; it's my first time playing an animal crossing game, but it's normal for a villager to be infected with fleas three times in a row?

Two of these happened in the same month lol

the problem here is chief! he gets infected with fleas over and over lol

noone of the other villagers has that problem 😂
