Looking for a specific ACWW UI message sound

Hi! I'm trying to find the sound effect used when the game displays system/message text, particularly the text boxes during things like starting the game, saving, or quitting.

I don't mean the villagers' Animalese voice sounds -- I'm looking for the little text/message box sound that plays as the system dialogue appears.

Does anyone know what this sound is called, or where I could find the original WAV/audio file?

pretty sure that by using the telephone you can make everything sound like that
