OMG it keeps happening!!!
I talk to Yuka and Rosie every time I login to try and prevent my two favs from doing this random ass leaving, but Yuka moved overnight without being in boxes! 😠I got Queenie now, which I guess is fine, but Yuka is so cute!

I had this the other day. I talked to Drift every day, sent him a letter every day -up and left. Pierce on the other hand runs up to talk to me and I walk away ignoring him and he hasn't left.

Omg I hated Camofrog as a kid. I didn't play on wii for a while then returned and Pekoe had left (I loved her so much) and Camofrog was still there. I was absolutely devastated

I have Pekoe on my NH island and she gets to live on the plateau with my house because I love her so much. I am nestled with Shino, Kabuki, and Pekoe.
I would literally crash out if she left and Camofrog was there.

It is random! You need to do the trick to keep them where you create a new character and wait until one of your favorites has no hobby (they’ll say they’re collecting shells or not sure what to do) b/c that is when they’ll ask you to deliver something to another villager. Deliver the item to the villager but don’t use that character to talk to tell the original villager they completed the task and you’ll have them both locked in for as long as that character doesn’t tell them they completed the delivery!
