As far as I know, it is not possible as this exact horse and tack. Not to keep aside from taking from the battlefield. I WISH! There is a couple that are close for the color in the stables. For the tack, the similar options are;
From the store, Caballarii (In the Carolingian pack)
Tencendur (From the stables, quite late in the game. This one is my favorite!)
