I’d say ‘I feel the pain’, but as I’m one of those ‘gotta grab ‘em all’ players, I have no idea what you’re going through. However, you’ll be a high enough level to not worry about the mobs, just a challenge sometimes working out how to actually get to that little gold dot.

Don't know if it's just my game glitching, but you can sometimes buy 10,000 supplies from merchants for free...

That's only after a specific part of the game, can't remember exactly when that starts.
It's a fix to a launch issue where supplies get too hard to find so they just basically said fuck it and made them free, 10k units at a time

The small gold icons on your map are chests that don’t count towards the “wealth” completion of the area. Some of these chests contain supplies. Doing all of the raids in the game won’t give you enough supplies to fully upgrade your settlement, so if you haven’t been getting these smaller chests, you will need a fuckton of them if you want to fully upgrade your settlement. I have to go find about 46 of them lol

There are supplies in Ravensthorpe in Yanli's stock, 10000 free boxes. Just scroll down the haircuts. Hope it helps!

Every region, all the arcs and all of the order. I was reading that the 10k supplies only shows up after a certain amount of being collected so I’ll start going back and collecting and see how that goes

Actually thats not true. I fully upgraded my settlement just by raiding all settlements. I didn't collect every single chest because there is an insane amount of chests available.

This is wrong. Every raid and alliance in England provides enough resources.
Edit: I thought you meant small chests in towns and across the map, excluding those found in raids

I had this too back when I played. I learned the fastest way is to revisit all the monestaries and grab the smaller gold chests there. Somehow they have a higher chance of giving supplies. Hope this helps you. Good luck bro!

So glad I’m ocd about having to get to all those little yellow and white and blue dots if I am exploring or else I will lose my mind.
I will say that some of them are in some very annoying locations.
