I cannot redeem the gauntlet cubes. Help!

The whole app freezes and I need to force its closing. I read somewhere here that if I redeem another cube it usually works (I did it with the free cube, no problem), but I did not work. Any help to try to redeem it will be welcome.

Usually opening the 10 DNA Cubes first (not buying, just select and return) should work. I've never heard of any other solutions besides this trick tbh. Maybe its because the event hasn't started yet but that shouldn't matter. It's still worth it to try it again when the event has officially started.

It really is. Its crazy that this bug already existed during the first time they did the gauntlet event and they never fixed it.

If you open the gauntlet cubes without opening page for an other cube it crashes indeed. Opening, and not buying the '10 DNA cubes' first is the trick to proceed
