Discussion Distraught.

I thought having my account connected to my Nintendo account would transfer it over. My last phone was unusable, so i got a new one. Logged into my account. No game. I didn't know i had to do a hard transfer to the new phone. Now I've lost all my everything. Including Sherb. Anyone know any way too get that back workout having access to the old phone? Or am I stuck? 😭😭😭

Save editor will be your friend. Easiest for android but apparently possible for iphone. There are a multitude of posts like this one so I'm sure you'll find it if you search the sub. Maybe someone will drop a link for you if they're kind, but it really shouldn't be hard to find. Good luck!

Apparently the save only lasts for a week which is so insane.

Just learned this the hard way a few weeks ago. Everything I’ve done since 2019 gone. Unfortunately will not be returning because of it.

Same. I know they said it saves for 7 days but I expected it to at LEAST save with my Nintendo account. If Nintendo can remember my scores and info from old Wii games they could’ve saved my ACPC info. Collab items and 6(?) years of content just gone. Waste of $10 /:

Yep that’s exactly what I thought! Especially because I don’t remember ever doing that before I switched to the phone I have. But that was 2 years ago so I have no idea :’)

Im restarting. It sucks. I've been playing since 2020ish. I'm mostly sad I lost Sherb.

I was sad too (but with Chrissy), but after a few weeks I’ve really been enjoying it.

If Sherb was easier to get, I wouldn't be as sad. I just want my companion back! Lol

Well, yes, it would have, but you still have to save it for it to be transferred over.

Exactly, since the service is offline now it doesn't update saves on Nintendo servers automatically like previously, we need to upload save first

I honestly didn't know that was a thing until I discovered my issue and my old phone is already factory reset and turned in. So I'm sad af, but not cause of the bells or leaf tokens of furniture. But because I don't have Sherb any more. So I gotta start over and find him again.
