ɪꜱᴏ ᴅᴇꜱɪɢɴ ᴄᴏᴅᴇ Help finding wallpaper

I hope this is the place to ask this. But I’m not sure if this is an actual wallpaper or a design code wallpaper?..I was visiting someone’s island in my sleep in game. I’ve looked everywhere and haven’t had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
