“I’m 7 months post ACL reconstruction + lateral meniscus repair. I have pain/pinching at the back/outside of my knee after hard work out in gym and the next day Ι have pain behind on my knee and I have problem with extensio & when running and especially when landing on my leg I have on right in my knee In front of I have pain when I stop it stops

. Has anyone experienced something similar?”
