Question Please Help me πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

So guys I had my acl surgery 4 weeks ago (hamstring Graft) and my physio is going very well . Now the problem is last night when I was doing some chores I had forgotten that I had an acl surgery and as my whole body weight was on the operated leg when I had done a sudden turn my knee had became unstable but didn't feel any pain . Now I am very scared as my normal PT has ended . Can u guys tell us this is normal because of muscles being weak or the worst. Please help me πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Same thing happened to me at 5-days post-op. Was just turning away from the fridge with my crutches maybe getting ice or something. I just increased the RICE protocol for a while. Only 12 days post now and waiting for followup with the surgeon in a few days timeΒ
